✘ Please refrain from cancelling your order once it has been confirmed.✘ For transactions that are PAYO, payment should be made within 2 hours after order confirmation.✘ For transactions to be paid in installments, a 50% downpayment is required within 2 hours to secure the slot. Remaining balance should be paid on or before the agreed date.✘ There shall be NO refunds for partial payments made if the buyer wishes to cancel the order in the middle of the transaction.✘ Packing and Shipping shall only be done once full payment has been received.✘ Once the parcel has been shipped out, I am no longer liable for any issues that may arise (e.g loss or damage) due to the courier.✘ Should any concern arise during unboxing, please provide an unedited unboxing video as proof. This shall be a prerequisite for any discussions that will take place.
